How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day, usually sooner. Inquiries received during our working hours (Sat–Thu, 09:00–19:00 GMT+3) typically get a same-day reply from a senior specialist.
Do I have to be in the GCC to work with you?
No. We work remotely with clients across the GCC, USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Our Doha headquarters lets us cover Asia, Europe, and North America business hours efficiently. Most projects run entirely remotely with video calls and shared workspaces.
Will I get pricing on the first call?
Often, yes — at least an investment range. We use the discovery call to understand your needs, and once we have that clarity, we can usually give you a directional number on the same call. The formal written proposal follows shortly after.
Is the SEO audit really free?
Yes — and it is a real audit, not a sales document. You get the audit whether you decide to work with us or not. We do it because it shows our thinking better than any pitch ever could.
What information should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of your business, your goals, your timeline, and your budget range is enough. If you have access to Google Analytics and Search Console, sharing those (or read-only access) lets us bring real insight to the first call.
Can I just email instead of using the form?
